RESUMO

Studies and analyzes, in brazilian civil action, the jurisdictional guardianship urgent effectivation mechanisms in the individual right. Tracing a panorama of the modern civil action; focuses, especially, the recent procedural alterations that tend to reach a bigger effectiveness in the installment of the jurisdictional guardianship. Recognizes the paradigm change, studying the constitutional nature, informative principles, cognition and the urgent guardianship characteristics, starts to observe and evaluate the legal instruments of guardianships urgent effectivation, concluding that practical demands a mentality change to reach a more effective process.
