RESUMO

This research aims to deal with the process of language acquisition/ subjective constitution, considering subjective positions â and change of position â of the infans (while in a condition of a subject) toward the language (âOtherâ), in other words the relationship between the subject and the âOtherâ field. Though, it was based on the theory board of the Linguistic Interactions from De Lemos (2002), whose positions are founded on the European Structural Linguistic and on Psychoanalysis of French School. At this theory view, the language becomes the constitution place, as on the childâs spoke, as on itself. On De Lemosâ proposes (lbid.), the motherâs interpretations great importance to the child is highlighted (or the other that becomes to fit this structural place). Considering these facts, this research tried to amplify the comprehension of how to establish the process of language acquisition/subjective constitution when this structural place (Other) is fit by other person instead the childâs proper mother, but by someone who does the maternal cares. Beyond this, it looked for more visibility to language acquisition/subjective constitution phenomena of the child, according to the Psychoanalysis view, highlighting the âMaternal Functionâ notion. So, to the research problematic, the situation where occurs a mother-baby diadem broken was taken, with a mother and baby distance and a new context arising to the child (Govern Institution which take care children), where the child receive care from Institutional Educators. On this way, the objectives were placed as questions: 1st) on the children and Institutional Educators interaction processes, how does the process where the child is cached by language occur and what is the other/Other protector importance on this process? On the child and other interactions, can the other protector fit a position concerned as âMaternal Functionâ? and 2nd) Differences and/or changes can be indicated on the structural positions of the child and the other protector in relation to the language, considering that the structural place of the Other, usually fit by the mother â according to De Lemosâ propose (lbid.) â becomes to be fit by an Institutional protector? To reach these questions, video phonographic registers were realized containing the interaction aspects between the child and its protector, which were analyzed and interpreted based on the methodological proposal from the theory board of the Linguistic Interactions from De Lemos and also based on Psychoanalytic Theory. At the data analysis, was possible to point examples of the process where the child is cached by language (first aim), having been possible to highlight the indication that on the referred process, the protector where, on this specific case, doing the âMaternal Functionâ and, thus, fitting this structural place of the Other. It was possible to indicate differences and moving of the subjective positions (second aim), such form the Institutional protector as the child, showing on this way that the process of language acquisition/subjective constitution is extremely dynamic, such as the child and the adult, while subjects, are submitted to the language/Other function
