RESUMO
This theory reflects the learning evaluation in atmospheres of online formation starting from a hermeneutic perspective. It goes through among three areas of knowledge: the Education, the Philosophy and the Cyberculture emerging from the guiding subjects: how to transform the online evaluation in a hermeneutic act, formed by instituted dialogic subjects? Through a conceptual research, it tries to comprehend, interpret and apply the online evaluation phenomenon just like the hermeneutic circle rule: analyzing the theoretical-methodological principles that orient the acts of the evaluation to reflect its itinerancy in the pedagogical practice and, from this on, look for new understandings that rebuild the intrigues of that discussion. It approaches from the levyniana epistemology in order to comprehend the philosophical sense of the cyberspace as a place where knowledge, abilities, attitudes and, mainly, personalities, ways of acting, thinking and feeling are built. It presents the virtual atmosphere of learning (VAL) as favorable space to the development of a hypertextual dialogic evaluation, mediated by the learning subjects and by the possibilities of their digital interfaces. To justify the hermeneutic treatment checked in the studies, it brings to the discussion themes related to the understanding and interpretation, interaction and interactivity and the dialogue as a condition to the being s formation with the other in the cybercultural space. It uses the Moodle (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), its synchronous and asynchronous interfaces as formative devices of learning to understand, interpretand to update in loco the studied phenomenon.
