Apresentamos neste trabalho a fabricação e a caracterização de um sensor de pressão totalmente compatível com a tecnologia CMOS. Este sensor é constituído por quatro piezoresistores, implantados e dispostos em ponte de Wheatstone. Os processos de fabricação do sensor foram todos realizados no Centro de Componentes e Semicondutores (CCS) - Unicamp.
