Não existe indicação de tratamento de infecção latente de tuberculose (ILTB) em pacientes tratados previamente para tuberculose.
Não é necessário realizar prova tuberculínica nesses pacientes. É importante excluir doença ativa por meio da investigação de sintomas, realização de exame de escarro e radiografia de tórax.

• hepatopatia crônica (hepatite B ou C, hepatite alcoólica, cirrose);
• uso de outras medicações potencialmente hepatotóxicas;
• consumo regular de álcool; • puérpera até 3 mes
