Reflexibilidade e articulaÃÃo empreendedora na sociedade contemporÃnea : podemos fazer diferente?

RESUMO

At the beginning of this new century, several contemporary questions lead us to reflect on a question presented by C.W. Mills: âWhich are the main public matters for the community and the concern-keys of the subjects nowadays? Wouldnât these âmattersâ and âconcernsâ interrelated to a reflexive sight of the world? The Theory of Structure by Anthony Giddens offered us the initial inspiration in order to reflect about the imbrication we believe exist between agency and structure. Ulrich Beck âreflexive ideasâ showed us that, either we notice it or not, âreflexivityâ is something inherent to our age, being our duty to decide if we go on dealing with problems left by industrial age from a traditional modern sight of the world (i.e. orthodox or âsimpleâ) or if we face them in a reflexive way. The enterprising articulation in such reflexive way appears as a possible âreflexive (re)actionâ and, in consequence, phenomenon to be studied bearing in mind our aim: create an argument which shows how that can happens in a contemporary society? Through what skills can it be seen? What are the regards and meanings inherent to it? Being brief, can we do it differently? Our strategy started from methodological perspective of âeveryday life sociologyâ by Machado Pais (2003) which lead us to snoop, during a study of an illustrative case, âreflexive evidencesâ at a distinctive entrepreneurâs action and articulation. At the end, we present reflections about our theoretical inspiration, main guide question and some matters that implicit followed us through our research
