RESUMO

This research is about the relations between work and fun in the lives of land worker women in a rural community of Vale Vêneto, RS. The text is based on interviews and observation between work an fun, feminine and masculine, familiar and communitary, ?traditional? and ?modern?, the frequent interaction with nature and sacred experienced by these women and the cultural meaning of this quotidian. The study tries to support that specific themes do not stand generalizations. It is an academic paper about people that go through many types of exclusion. Subject often relegated by the academy
