Intervenção de terceiros nas ações coletivas do Código de Defesa do Consumidor como forma de acesso à justiça

RESUMO

This work is being submitted as partial requirement for obtaining the title of Master in the (Diffuse and Class) Law Program of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica PostGraduation sector. The theme being appraised hereunder is the application of Interventions by Third Parties to class lawsuits pursuant to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, as one of the feasible answers to the crisis of access to the justice. For such purpose, the work has been divided into four sections: a)The first one is dedicated to the problems on access to justice; b) the second one is directed toward technical matters of the intervention by third-parties, in Brazil and in the Comparative Law as well; c) the third section analyzes the class rights, theirs defense by means of third-parties intervention as well as the relationship thereof with the access to justice; and, ad last: d) the fourth section encompasses our final considerations
