Formação continuada pró-letramento : alfabetização e linguagem e a prática do professor : um estudo de caso

RESUMO

This study highlights the contributions of continuing education: PRO-LITERACY: Literacy and Language teacher practice of the early years of elementary school. The research focuses on two aspects, namely: 1) theoretical insights of the central concepts of the research: continuing education, the teaching and learning of reading and writing, and teacher practice, 2) emphasis on processes of continuous training and relations that teachers set between her and her practice. In this sense, calls for dialogue between teacher continuing education and development processes of reading and writing in the early years of elementary school. The subjects were teachers of the Municipal a small municipality located to the north of Paraná State. Data collection was performed by means of a questionnaire with open questions, and a interview conducted with teachers who work in the early years of elementary school. The concept adopted for Continuing Education refers to dynamic, reflective, which combines a variety of possibilities and modalities of learning, including the exchange of experiences among peers and reflection on own practice, in which the teacher will tailoring their training to demands social, cultural and educational for the profession itself. The processes of teaching and learning of reading and writing are focused on the analysis of a critical reader and build interactive, seeking to plan and assign meanings to each content taught through referrals methodological study, which promote the construction and appropriation of knowledge a meaningful way. In addition, we present the possibilities and limits of CFCP - Continuing Education Course Pro-Literacy as continuing education, as well as directions for future research.
