Formação continuada de professores : o conhecimento construído na elaboração e implementação de um currículo

RESUMO

The teacher s role in the educational dimension is marked by a great social responsibilities which to them are required certain functions and to act, a conscious, autonomous and critical, they need knowledge. This process is ongoing and is in different phases / stages of formation of individual and collective way forming a teacher identity. Our focus in this study was to solve the following problem: what knowledge teachers build on a process of continuous training at the time of preparation and implementation of a curriculum design . We highlight the main objective to identify and analyze the knowledge that the teacher builds on a process of continuing education and how they resonate in the classroom. The group of informants consisted of physical education teachers who participate in a process of continuing education implemented by the Municipal Education Ibiporã in partnership with the University of Londrina. Teachers involved organized the Educational Project of Physical Education for the Educational System that act and which is under implementation, analysis and evaluation. The research methodology was guided by critical theory, with a participatory approach, with the binding of different procedures for collecting information, namely: questionnaire, observation of classes and interview the focus group technique. As a result of the analysis of the information we have concluded that continuing education is meeting its goals and reaching goals, because it relates and mobilizes the reality of teachers, and that, having as reference the curriculum, makes his knowledge the route beyond the specific education. The analysis makes clear that in the group in question there is a unique evolution in every teaching activity. We understand that with dissemination of results, we can help in assessing the training project implemented, as well as the Pedagogical Project in development.
