RESUMO

The repair of restorations in composed resin is one practical very employee, being the Laser of Er:YAG one of the treatment possibilities. This study in vitro aims at to analyze micro infiltration in repairs of restorations with composed resin (resin/resin) whose surface was dealt with Laser of Er:YAG. Forty third molar human beings had received prepared cavities in the face bucal that were restored with composed resin. The teeth were divided in eight groups of five teeth each in function of the treatment of the surface that varied in: G1 and 2 were prepared with spherical diamantada tip and repaired with resin, being used in the G1 - acid fosforic 37% + adhesive system, G2 - adhesive system. In groups 3 the 8, the Laser of Er:YAG was used in the production of a defect in the following way: G3 (3hZ, 60mJ, 6J, 103 pulses). G4 (4hZ, 60mJ, 6J, 103 pulses), G5 (3hZ, 100mJ, 6J, 63 pulses). G6 (4hZ, 100mJ, 6J, 63 pulses). G7 (3hZ, 120mJ, 6J, 54 pulses), and G8 (4hZ, 120mJ, 6J, 55 pulses); e repaired with resin using adhesive system without previous acid ecthing. The test bodies had been aging (500 cycles) and immersed in Nitrate of Silver 50% for 24 hours. The results of the analysis (ANOVA) had evidenced that lesser micro infiltration was observed when 4Hz, 60mJ, 6J and 103 pulses and 4 Hz, 120mJ, 6J and 55 pulses had been used.
