RESUMO
In this work, based on the Law of conservation of mass and the Newtons second Law, we deducted the equations of Navier-Stokes for the uncompressing fluids. Then we have developed in a detailed way the varying form of these equations. For this formulation, through the Galerkin method, we have proved the existence of weak solutions in Sobolev spaces in a bounded domain whit regular boundary.
