RESUMO

The Study of qualitative approach that inserted technicians and auxiliary of nursing in the trial of the systematization nursing assistance (SNA) to be implemented in the Intensive Therapy Unit of Hospital University / SE, by means of the elaboration and implementation of a program of continued education. The Research-action was the methodology utilized, being the phases of this researches: 1. Exploratory phase (Diagnosis situacional, Pre-Test); 2. Phase of Planning and Implementation of the Action (Formation Collaborating Group, Phase of feeling Achievement of Seminaries); 3. Phase of Evaluation (Filling of Check list, Powders-Test). For statistical analysis of the notes of the pre and powders-test was applied the test of T of Student showing a significant difference in the learning of the professionals. It suggests itself by the results an accompaniment of the actions of nursing, as well like development of a program of education continued, utilizing strategies that sensitize the professionals it perform his activities with ability, knowledge and ethics.
