RESUMO

The feminist movement make possible the woman entry in the public space and in consequence the entry in the job market with better qualification of her labour. This way women are occupying direction and management and until president job positions in some companies. We used executive women in big companies in São Paulo city as sample. As instrument it was prepared a questionnaire of characterization of subject to obtained demographic database as age - marital status sons and daughters schooling level socio-economic-cultural family extract religion - body activity practice and sexual orientation and also a semi-addressed interview outline. The research is justified by the women needs of desfeminilization to the entrance on job market considered before just of men access. As consequence this desfeminilization would be act as an intra-psychological fact of making ill. Through these questions could be built the following objectives: 1 Verify if executive women suffered desfeminilization; 2 verify if executive women can identify illness symptoms in themselves; 3 analyze possible articulations between making ill in executive women and their work demands or with desfeminilized situations; 4 analyze how the animus archetype is installed in executive women psyche; 5 analyze how executive women are qualifying their own situation in management job positions; 6 analyze how the executive woman notices the femininity in the world and in herself. As method the present research prioritized the qualitative method because the intention was to apprehend the phenomena observed. To obtained analysis of interview database it was used Lefevres proposal that consists in Discourse construction of Collective Subject. The analyzed results had the theoretical presupposes of Analytical Psychology as theoretical reference. In general aspects we conclude that occurred desfeminilization process in the women group researched ; they identified illness symptoms in themselves; they meet themselves in stress levels considered almost- exhausted phase to the exhaustion phase; they meeting themselves fascinated by animus archetype; they notice themselves that their leadership is participative and that feminine perception occurs in contradictory manner in a society which aimed to be more equilibrated between the principles of feminine and masculine; we also conclude that still has predominance of valorization of masculine attributes
