RESUMO

Article 1: Objective: The objective of this article is contribute for a recognize and debate around the factors that can promote or not the Healthful Alimentation theme and its inset it in the school routine, starting to the teachers, in the municipal concrete situation. Methods: For this were investigated, using some qualitative researches the teachers motivations, their experiences and expectancies about this discourse, before and after a prepare program that had place in Matuípe, Bahia. Results: The capacitate program has four thematic parts with 22 hours of theoretical and practical activities. A hundred thirty two schoolteachers were prepared, 45,67% teachers were from private and public school that works to the State and Municipal Educational net and 72,52 of Municipal schoolteachers were part from SME. In accordance with the researches about educational intercede, it was observed that the capacitate program promoted deep changes in the teachers alimentation and nutrition concepts and gave them a new motivation to work the theme at school. The teachers also changed their diary alimentary practices. Conclusions: This work was finished with same new questions about the best manner of inset the Healthful Alimentation theme on the schools, based on the changes lived by the teachers. Article 2:Objectives:This work presents and argue the results of a accompaniment study carried through next to teachers how had been enable in healthful feeding in the direction to investigate as the generated changes and the motivations had been transformed into concrete actions and which factors had contributed or had made it difficult the insertion of the subject in the school. Methods: In such a way, one consisted same categories to identify if to the ones were internal or external to the school, and its nature. Six schools (two of urban zone and four of the agricultural zone) had been chosen had to the envolvement and initiative of its headmasters and teachers with activities directed toward the feeding. Results: In the total 9 teachers had participated of the activities (2 of urban zone and 7 of the agricultural zone) and three pedagogues. From now on ten meetings had been programmed in the period between March and October of 2006, for elaboration of projects involving the subject healthful feeding. Conclusions: Of general form, it can be observed that the factors gifts in the environment intra and extra-pertaining to school that act of form the one that the elaborated projects did notbecame fulfilled until the end of the accompaniment had been basically of social politics nature, depending with priority on decisions of the managers of pertaining toschool feeding in the City. Thus, for the construction of an environment that effectively promotes the feeding healthful, becomes necessary investments of resources andsubstances of administrative nature and social politics beyond qualification programs to inform, to acquire knowledge and to mobilize the people.
