Assessoria de comunicação, agendamento e newsmaking : um estudo sobre a evolução da comunicação do Supremo Tribunal Federal

RESUMO
The main objective of this dissertation is to expose the influence of the Publicity through the use of The Media Resource Service in the process of the commercial media agenda setting and its interferences at newsmaking according to the observation of the productive routine of the journalists that make the coverage of the Supreme Court. To better contextualize the study I present an evolution panorama of the institutional communication of the Supreme Court since 1989 to 2009. The study concludes that the introduction of the regular use The Media Resource Service by the Publicity of the Supreme Court changed the productive routine of the journalists, specially of the experts, and the newsmaking process even of small as of large communication vehicles, that have been developing, besides the enforces of some experts reporters, a dependency of the information‟s of the Court Publicity.
