RESUMO

This survey aims at analyzing the social representations of teachers on the pedagogical project. The subjects of this survey were secondary education teachers from a private school in the city of São Paulo. Within the complexity of relations that are part of the educational reality we tried to focus on a theme that seemed relevant to us as related to the requirements of the new lews as well as to the increasing social value given to the dynamics of the elaboration of projects, in a society exposed to intense political, economic and social changes. The Theory of Social Representations was used as the main approach and we have come across, in the Pedagogical Project literature, references that allowed us to establish the parameters for the analysis. This is a qualitative survey that deals with three dimensions: Social Representations on Pedagogical Project, Representations on the role of the teacher and Representations on the role of the educational tearn acting in the projects. Through the intersection of these dimensions, this survey offers an interpretation of the reality of this school, which is undergoing a process of change, through a multifaceted perspective. As we were worried about obtaining data that would allow us to understand this phenomenon in a global way, we have prepared a situational survey to be used in such a way as to allow the utmost of spontaneity from those being interviewed. During the interview, in the activity of "play and reality", the teachers carne up with associations and representations about the subject of our survey the pedagogical project, as well as the aforementioned dimensions
