A educação profissional no contexto da agricultura familiar em Antônio Prado-RS : instrumento de subordinação capitalista

RESUMO

The current master dissertation focuses on the rural technical system in the context of family farming in the town of Antonio Prado - RS, through a partnership between the City Hall of this city and the Federal Institute of Technological Education of Rio Grande do Sul ¿ IFRS. From this perspective, we start from the assumption that in the history of public policy for the country, the interests of the specific subjects and the training provided to them are dialectically articulated to the interests of the capital, determining the offers of professional education. Education in the country is the central category, and the historical dialectical materialism is the guiding method of the analysis. Thus, we may have the necessary elements to reveal the social and historical relationships interposed in the human development of the subjects. Education is seen as a strategic area of struggle and hegemonic consolidation of a ruling class. But the education in the country is also an important area for anti-hegemonic struggle in the fight for land, job guarantee, freedom, emancipation, the production of a different societary project, where the social precedes and determines the economic. The education in the country is taken as an instrument of investigation of the professional training offered to the family farming subjects of Antonio Prado - RS, establishing multiple connections in order to contextualize the relationships of these subjects in the context of the objective reality of the technical course, in its conception and purposes. Similarly, the relationship with the totality is done under the foundations of the flexible model of capital accumulation, the history of professional education as an instrument of capitalist inclusion from the perspective of rural education as a strategy of maintaining the social relationships of classes in the country. In continuity, the history of the social development of the city is reconstructed, linking the European immigration to the land issue in Brazil, where we recall the importance of these subjects in the rise production in the process of capital production. In possession of the categories of analysis and historical contextualization of the region, it is possible to confront the subjects¿ objective reality - family farmers - and the direction that takes the professional training offered in these historical social contexts. It is concluded that this system is directed towards the active subordination of country workers, linked to the contention of them in the region where they live so as not go to urban centers, and to the creation of a productive logic of systemic dependence. Thus, it is thought to have some elements to understand, in the the materiality of policy for professional education of the country, more precisely in its contradictions, both limits and possibilities of human development.
