A CONSTRUÇÃO DO PERFIL DE DOCENTES COMO VALOR NA GESTÃO EDUCATIVA DE UM SISTEMA DE ENSINO

RESUMO
The end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21th century were classified as the knowledge and information era. People constantly seek to improve in their personal and professional ambit and in net relationships with the aim of achieving their targets. The competition and the competitiveness motivate an individual to become more qualified and overcome their limitations, offering to the organizations an efficient, flexible and dynamic professional. The courses of professional improvement arise as an answer to this social and professional demand, allowing a continuous, accessible and qualified learning. Brazil has qualified institutions that can provide this kind of training and improvement. Some of them are inserted in the Sistema S, which belongs to the Third Sector. Although these courses completely attend the actual demand, they do not have a profile of ideal professional that is already mapped and constructed in order to facilitates the management and dealing with customers. The aim of this paper is to create a tool that can allow managers of the institutions which offer courses of professional training and improvement to map and construct a profile of ideal teaching. For the creation of this profile will be interviewed teachers, coordinators and technicians from one of the institutions that is part of the Sistema S, SENAC-SP, two branches were chosen Osasco and Santo André. Through this study is expected that this tool can be created and become a facilitator for the manager (who works with the offer of courses of professional improvement) whose major role, in such organizations, is to select and hire professionals able to teach these courses, as well as permanently overseeing for their professional improvement.(AU)
