RESUMO

The advances of the technologies of information and communication have intensified the relation between people and organizations through the computer. The next great challenge is the use of the electronic documents with the same safety and reliability attributed to paper documents. Authenticity, integrity, not-repudiate and not retroactive are the attributes that the electronic document must possess to be considerer reliable and trustful. The present dissertation presents the impact in the processes of academic control, from the establishment of computational systems with signature and digital protocol. From a study of case carried out in the Sociedade Educacional de Santa Catarina SOCIESC, it was planned a mapping of the processes of academic control and presented a proposal of safe control system, it was also carried an analysis of the resultant impacts of the establishment of the projected proposal. The conclusion was that the signature and the digital protocol in the system of academic control contributed for the improvement of the productivity and quality.
