WATER-RETAINING POLYMER MITIGATES THE WATER DEFICIT IN Schinus terebinthifolia: PHOTOSYNTHETIC METABOLISM AND INITIAL GROWTH

ABSTRACT The use of water-retaining polymer (hydrogel) can mitigate the damage to the photosynthetic apparatus and increase the robustness of young plants under water deficit conditions.
