Serological diagnosis of paracoccidioidomycosis in HIV-coinfected patients

Paracoccidioidomycosis should be differentiated from other opportunistic diseases in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients who live in Latin America.
