ABSTRACT Introduction: Hemophilia is well known in males, but poorly recognized in hemophilia carriers, who may have a hemorrhagic tendency, and the symptoms may be frequent and severe. Few studies have been done evidencing this bleeding in female carriers of the hemophilia gene.
