Polymorphism of Serotonin Transporter SLC6A4 (5-HTTLPR) Gene in Cheilitis Angularis Patients

Abstract Objective: To determine the relationship between the Serotonin transporter SLC6A4 (5-HTTLPR) gene polymorphism in cheilitis angularis patients. Material and Methods: We conducted a descriptive analysis of 100 DNA samples extracted from the blood serum of 50 patients with cheilitis angularis and 50 patients without cheilitis angularis.
