Pluralismo Jurídico en el constitucionalismo mexicano frente al nuevo Constitucionalismo Latinoamericano

Abstract In this paper we look at the impact that legal pluralism originated within indigenous people has had on the mexican constitutional text, and whether it is posible to consider it as a part of the New Latin American Constitutionalism.
