Molecular response to imatinib mesylate of Brazilian patients with chronic myeloid leukemia

Abstract Background Imatinib mesylate has revolutionized the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia leading to significant reductions of BCR-ABL1 transcript levels in peripheral blood.
