The question of abortion in Quebec still gives rise to discussions about its legality and women's right to choose. In this sense, this article aims to analyze the editorial of the feminist magazine La Vie en Rose, published in 1982, as a response to the anti-abortion letter written in 1981 by bishops. Based on considerations on enunciation and subjectivity by Kerbrat-Orecchioni, a discursive analyze will be made in order to explain how enunciation contributes in the formation of identities and how subjectivity generates arguments in such discourses.
