ABSTRACT: The paper analyses a comprehensive experience on Higher Education in Cuba considering different aspects. From the theoretical point of view, the conception of inclusion that supports educational practices and the population receiving special assistance to attendance, retention and graduation from universities, not only from those having some kind of disability.
