Genetic divergence among cupuaçu accessions by multiscale bootstrap resampling

This study aimed at investigating the genetic divergence of eighteen accessions of cupuaçu trees based on fruit morphometric traits and comparing usual methods of cluster analysis with the proposed multiscale bootstrap resampling methodology.
