Drawing the Triangle: How Coaches Manage Ambiguities Inherited in Executive Coaching

Abstract Executive coaching is a common leadership development intervention whose complexity is underestimated. The triangular relationships between coachee, coach, and organization give rise to conflicting interests (Fatien-Diochon, 2012).
