Disease activity is associated with LV dysfunction in rheumatoid arthritis patients without clinical cardiovascular disease

Abstract Objectives: The cross-sectional study aimed to assess left ventricular systolic function using global longitudinal strain (GLS) by speckle-tracking echocardiography (STE) and arterial stiffness using cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI) in Thai adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and no clinical evidence of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
