ABSTRACT Purpose The present research sought to describe the elements that interfere with the use of hearing aids in the elderly beneficiaries of a hearing aid delivery from Chile in a Family Health Center. Methods A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with 24 beneficiary users, with application of a closed-question questionnaire prepared by the researchers.
