1. Fusceulima and Halielloides (Gastropoda: Eulimidae) in the southwestern Atlantic, with descriptions of two new species of Fusceulima
Fusceulima Laseron, 1955 and Halielloides Bouchet & Warén, 1986 are reported from the southwestern Atlantic for the first time. Halielloides ingolfiana Bouchet & Warén, 1986 is considered a valid name, and the taxon is distinct from its previous senior synonym Eulima verrilliana Bush, 1909 in shell shape and absence of an umbilicus. Fusceulima saturata sp.

2. On the accumulation of organic matter on the southeastern Brazilian continental shelf: a case study based on a sediment core from the shelf off Rio de Janeiro

4. A new species of Pseudharpinia (Amphipoda: Haustorioidea: Phoxocephalidae) from Southeastern Brazilian continental shelf
A new species of the amphipod family Phoxocephalidae Sars, 1895, Pseudharpinia tupinamba sp. nov., is described from southeastern Brazilian continental shelf. The new species is closely related to the type-species of the genus, P. dentata Schellenberg, 1931 described from Magellan Province, and was misidentified as the latter species by some authors in the p

5. Topographic registers of paleo-valleys on the southeastern Brazilian continental shelf

6. Estudo comparativo dos copépodes Temora stylifera e T. turbinata na plataforma continental sudeste do Brasil no verão e inverno de 2002 / Comparative study of the Temora stylifera and T. turbinata on the southeastern Brazilian continental shelf im summer and winter of 2002
Marine biological invasions have impacts in several different levels in the recipient ecosystem, including those related to interactions with native species, especially those sharing similar ecological niches. The main goal of the present work was to investigate the distribution, abundance and biomass of Temora stylifera (native species) and T. turbinata (ex

7. "Aplicação de marcadores orgânicos moleculares em estudos oceanográficos e paleoceanográficos: estudo de caso na Margem Continental Superior do Sudeste do Brasil" / Molecular Organic Markers Application in Oceanographic and Paleoceanographic Studies: Case study at the Southeastern Brazilian Continental Margin
Climatic changes produce environmental signatures with which it is possible to reconstruct past environmental conditions. In the ocean, the fate of most of the organic matter is the marine sediment. Sediment core analyses reveal a unique reservoir of biological, chemical and geological information about past processes and how they responded to the environmen
