1. Analysis of the mandibular molars root canals morphology. Study by computed tomography
Abstract This study aimed to analyze the root and root canal morphology of mandibular first and second molars using CBCT images. A total of 2,400 mandibular molars exams were selected from 600 patients aged between 18 and 75 years. The number of roots, number of root canals, and root canal configuration according to the Vertucci classification were verified.

3. Selection of genotypes of peach rootstock resistant to Meloidogyne incognita
ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to evaluate the genotypes developed by the Peach Breeding Program at the Federal University of Viçosa, as regards to resistance to M. incognita. Six rootstocks genotypes propagated by cuttings (713-07, 713-13, 913-3, 913-6, 913-11 and 913-17) and two rootstocks propagated by seeds (‘Okinawa’ and hybrid between scion cu

5. Influence of irrigation frequency and nitrogen concentration on Tifway 419 bermudagrass in Brazil
ABSTRACT Tifway 419 Bermudagrass is widely used on athletic fields, requiring irrigation and fertilization for its maintenance; however, little information is available for Bermudagrass management in tropical countries, as Brazil. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of irrigation frequency and nitrogen (N) fertilization on the development of Tifway

6. Characterization of Fusarium spp. causal agent of wilt in pecan
ABSTRACT One of the limiting factors for pecan production is the incidence of disease caused by Fusarium spp. which are a threat to orchards in the south of the country. Therefore, the study aimed to confirm the pathogenicity and evaluate the morphophysiological and molecular characteristics of Fusarium spp. associated with pecan in Rio Grande do Sul and Par

7. Least limiting water range in Oxisol under two conservation tillage systems in sugarcane farming
ABSTRACT The Least Limiting Water Range (LLWR) is an indicator of soil physical quality, contributing in information to propose soil management systems in agricultural farming process. This work aimed to assess the usage of LLWR and critical soil bulk density for physical-water quality evaluations, as well as its effect on sugarcane farming under no-tillage

9. Gas exchange and water stress index in soybean cultivated under water deficit and soil compaction
ABSTRACT Water stress is intrinsically related to soil water availability which is determinant in gas exchanges, as well as soil compaction in soybean growth and development. This study aimed to evaluate the leaf gas exchange, water stress index, and dry mass accumulation of soybean cultivated in different daily irrigation depths and bulk density. The treatm

11. Phytonematode population dynamics in common bean cultivation under crop rotation and no-tillage conditions
ABSTRACT Strategies for conserving natural resources and reducing agricultural inputs are the great challenge for agriculture, such as sustainable alternatives to control agricultural pests of high economic impact, e.g. plant-parasitic nematodes. This work aimed to evaluate phytonematode’s population dynamics in common bean cultivation grown under crop rot

12. Nutrients uptake by silver vase bromeliad roots
