RESUMO Adotando contribuições teórico-metodológicas da Análise do Discurso interacionista, partimos da hipótese de que as interações polêmicas possuem três propriedades estruturais características: 1) expansão da interação com reações negativas e contra-proposições, 2) ausência de ratificação e 3) processos de negociação secundários.
