3. Production of human chorionic gonadotrophin by a hepatoblastoma resulting in precocious puberty.
A two year old boy presented with precocious puberty associated with hepatoblastoma. Serum concentrations of beta human chorionic gonadotrophin and alpha-fetoprotein were raised.
