RESUMO
In past years the importance of a method for selection of the window size in a computer network with End-to-End flow control hás been emphasized by several researchers. In this work, an algorithm is presented that perform this task. The analysis of the interaction between End-to-End flow control and Local flow control in a chain of links is also presented. Finally, using computer simulation, the behavior of a computer network when the End-to-End flow control and Local flow control are applied simultaneously is examined.
