Uso da terra por descendentes de japoneses : estudo de caso com agricultores do município de Assaí-PR

RESUMO

The present study had as target group Japanese farmers and descendants from Assaí - PR, with the intention of verifying how is the use of the earth by them, analyzing if there are different uses of techniques during the planting, efficient care with crops, right use of the soil, to notice if with these actions there are best advantage about the spaces of crops also verifying wich kinds of crops that these farmers have been planted in their agricultural establishments, in comparison with the general use of the earth in Paraná. The objective in analyzing information of the paranaense agriculture as well as of the assaiense has been proposed to verify how Assai is in context of states agriculture. Interviews with 33 farmers from Assaí have been made to verify the objectives described above. There have been performed field studies, in particular in an agricultural exposition, EXPOASA, as well as in some agricultural establishments. In addiction, an interview with a technicist from Assaí EMATER has been made to the purpose of getting information about the general scenery of the agricultural activity executed by farmers in Assaí. This job is structured into three chapters. The first one treats about the use of the earth and the relations that happen in production spaces; the second presents a boarding about Japanese tradition and culture, immigration and north paranaense earth´s occupation; the third consists of the research data arranged in graphics, tables and parts of the interviews, in an effort to comprehend the interviewer?s reality and the conclusion of this study.
