RESUMO
The results reached by the production of the ethylic alcohol from sugar cane culture development as an alternative of the substitution to the gasoil, brought about, with its consolidation, considerable changes in the national agriculture scene. The familiar agriculture and its actors, since then, suffer changes in their characteristics and dynamic, which has been worriless in social, economic and environmental aspect as soon as the imminent migration of those ones is able to compromise the food production and the environmental sustainability. The real study shows this actual scenario in the municipalities of Carmo do Rio Verde, Goianésia, Itapaci and Rubiataba, by means of theoretical revisions and data collected with the camp research applied with the familiar farmers. The data analyses has turned possible in the critical perspective of actions in the sugar and alcohol industry in the cited municipalities and their responsibility in the construction of the new social, economic and environmental scenario.
