RESUMO

This paper was developed in Environmental Education area in Rio Grande City and its the concept of this construction is in Humans Development Ecological Approach from Urie Bronfenbrenner, his angle is multiplies and reciprocal influences directs and indirects from process, from people, from contexts and individual development time. This work comprehend and analyse the interaction forms between two main children development contexts that, some reason move away from their families and headed for childrens institution temporary are. Considering the school and the shelter represent the most important microsystems in children in development lives distant from their origin contexts, the work aims study mesosystemic relation between school-shelter. The strategies to this work were interviews associate to ecological insertion procedures in which capability the to searcher to know the need contexts to analyse relations/interactions among people and their environmentals of development. According the humans development ecological, it analysis is only possible using a methodological theoretical to comprehend bioecological elements as a paradigm by the searcher. The results indicated professionals both microsystems show conceptions of emotional deprivation children and the childrens right live together with their families, as well the consciousness of absence policies actions for education, re-organization and family emancipation. Prevail in both environmental the pessimism and uncertain of this children and adolescents inside shelters future. Is possible see professionals and teachers without prepare to deal with children and adolescents sheltered one day in their lives. The two first works give the priority to all, standardise relationships and non-consideration of children individuals necessity. In relation to school, teacher are different in their pedagogical practices for deal with this children. There is not a link between schools and shelters because its not get in touch each with other to choose the better way to work. Is necessary the network between both institutional environmental that can drive healthly children and adolescents development and education in protected situation.
