RESUMO

The aim of this work is to develop a research nucleus as a support for studying packet radio networks. The scope of this work is the specification and implementation of the first three levels of the ISO reference model and the specification and implementation of a remote program execution service, that uses all the network¿s computational resources, distributed among several independent systems with a limited capability of execution, taking advantage of idle stations, to execute programs.
