Treatment of oesophageal small cell carcinoma by combined chemotherapy and surgical resection: report of two cases and review of published cases.

RESUMO
Two patients with primary small cell carcinoma of the oesophagus were treated by multidrug chemotherapy followed by surgical resection. A partial response to chemotherapy was observed in both patients.
