RESUMO

The Health Care Sector, Hospital services in particular, has proven of high competitiveness and with great challenges to the survival and growth. The quest for quality, cost reduction, customer loyalty, expanding the market is increasingly in staff in hospitals. This paper aims to suggest a major management model that promotes the strategic alignment of the entire hospital, enabling it to broaden its focus condition of the market and explore new business activities. The suggested model is supported by various methods and concepts, adapting model already practiced in Canada, seeking to suggest a process with ease and flexibility of deployment, with relatively quick results. This work also aims to show the model in practice, demonstrating the initial results achieved by the Hospital. The need for involvement and understanding of each manager, since the Strategic level to the operational level, is a requirement for the effective implementation of the model, and the deployment of the monthly routine of control, verification of performance indicators, we ensure that the real success the model
