RESUMO

Rationalized and adapting the processes in the country for the industrialization of construction, this work shows the panorama of Brazilian industry, with the purpose of promulgating the metal frame building with steel. You will see the supply chain of construction, where the planning stage and will highlight projects. Considering that the decisions taken in these early stages helps to reduce the cost of the project. The design phase of a project will be highlighted as it is considered of strategic importance to the outcome of the business. This work aims to study the forward planning for the development of new technologies, aiming at building materials and steel building systems industrialized stages, steps, flow and its dynamics. Developing the concept of planning for building and explaining the process activities undertaken.
