RESUMO

It welds it to laser it is a potential high process in the production of tailored blanks (subsets for posterior stamping, constituted of materials of same or different thickness) for the automobile industry. This work describes the results of the investigation of the it welds the laser of Nd: YAG in fine foils of steellow carbon galvanized with 1 mm of thickness. She comes a description of the behavior of the foils welded in estampabilidade rehearsals and the influence of the operational parameters in the committees through analysis of the resulting microestrutura. They are described the mechanisms of fixation of the foils and elimination of the plasm that it happens during the soldagem objectifying to minimize typical defects in you weld to laser.
