RESUMO
The organization of work processes in health has been based on the new model of the Family Health Strategy and also in actions that seek to promote the health of the individual and the community in which it is inserted. For implementation of the work is vital to have a line between professionals from Health Units and Management. The purpose of this awareness was to provide subsidies for implementation of health promotion with their teams, with a view to improving the quality of life and health of the community in the city of Blumenau, SC. The development work took place in February of this year, through three workshops based in the Theory of Curriculum and structured on the Arch of Maguerez featuring a qualitative research. Attended the six regional supervisors of these health teams, which meet all the coverage areas of the Family Health Strategy in this municipality. The result was based on the construction of instruments applicable in the real situation, based the social determinants for the teams of the Family Health Strategy forward the Promotion of Health
