RESUMO

Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) it can be defined as a special concrete characterized mainly by your capacity to move inside the molds, filling out all the existent spaces among the armors, what is gotten exclusively by the action of your own weight. This completion capacity, or deformity, of CAA is governed by the fluidity and cohesion of the mixture. When the cohesion is insufficient it can have separation between the cement paste and the attachÃs during the transport stages and spread of the concrete, what characterizes the segregation occurrence. The proportion of the concrete of that dissertation was based on the method proposed by GOMES (2002). Second this method, the proportion is divided in different stages. In the first the paste is optimized, looking for an ideal proportion of superplastificizer and an appropriate relationship between the additions and the cement, breaking of a relationship prÃestablished water/cement. Another different stage is the optimization of the granular skeleton, where he is an ideal relationship between the sand and the great attachÃs, looking for the reduction of the index of emptiness. A last stage consists of producing concretes with different paste volumes. The concrete with minimum paste volume that to reach the requirements of Self Compacting and high resistance to the compression will be selected as ideal. This research has for objective to dose Self Compacting Concrete (SCC), using as additions the metacaulim and rejects as fÃler to improve the cohesion of the mixture and to reduce the environmental impact. It is also to supply larger information on CAA, as for instance: the methodologies of existent to dose in the literature and as the materials representatives of CAA they can influence it. It was observed that with the use of the metacaulim and the stone powder available in the area of Recife it is possible to dose Self Compacting Concrete using the methodology to dose proposed by GOMES (2002). The results of the dosagens satisfied all the properties of Self Compacting reaching resistance values to the 7 days of 49,3 MPa to the 28 days of 58,3 MPa
