Proposta de implementação de um sistema automatizado para inspeção de motores de foguete utilizando tomografia computadorizada

RESUMO

This work has as main objective the development of a functional project and the implantation through a platform in reduced scale of an Automated System for Inspection of Rocket Engine using Computerized Tomography. The implemented platform has the Same functional characteristics of the real system, it was implemented with a supervision architecture and control in a didactic system and it contains all the elements that make easy a complete vision of the system in analyses. In order to be reached such objective, in this work is presented in didactic and structured way, the tools and used automation elements, and an application example is presented using the integration of those elements. This methodology is validated in the Integrated Laboratory of Automation and Robotics, of UNICAMP, through the implementation of a didactic platform with different automated elements: Model in a reduced scale of the Inspection System, PLC s, actuators and sensors. Different learning models and validation are made in this platform, and it represents with good precision the movements that should be done in the real situation for inspection of the rocket engine
