RESUMO

The noise is considered one of the injuries of this last century with the advance of industrialization came up the machines and with them, the noise. By the time the machines have become fàster however noisier. The combination of high sound pressure levei and the long time of exposure of a subject by the noise, are fa.ctors, which might cause occupational listening loss. This deafness involves disturbance at the every day life ofthese exposed subjects. The work site is where the subject spends most part ofhis day, by this it deserves to be carefully analyzed. This work goal is to elaborate a basic model of Program of Prevention of Listening Losses to be a base in order to make specific programs, apart nom the application area. To elabora te this basic mode~ one has researched in the region literature and industries, the existence of specific programs to prevent or control the Induce Listening Loss by Noise. The research results indicate that the programs are few, and in a certain way incomplete and with different importance. With basis at the most recent international recommendations about the criteria of more exposition evaluation, it has been introduced a document as complete as possible, which will the foundation to form future new Program ofPrevention ofListening Losses. The material searches to be as generic as possible in order to be applied at any sector, but with discussed in detail phases
