RESUMO

This application treat about continuation teacherâs formation with focus returned to Mathematicsâ teachers, through of the search about politics/programs formation and the reflect to the teachingâs practice. The theoric reference is based in the applications about continuation formation and teachingâs practice that foundation the effect analysis. Became with application cam three (3) Municipality of Recife Metropolitan Region(Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Olinda e Paulista), profited with methodologyc boarding the most quality search and like instruments the writing analysis the questions application with seventy-eight (78) Mathematicsâ teachers and an interview structured with five (5) technics. In the collect stage was realized the instrumentâs care: the interview with the technics and the questions with the teachers. The effect let perceive that thereâs in the two Municipality a defined political formation. In the one of the Municipality was found a work plan to the teachersâ formation that is fitting each government change. This fond of permited to identify that though have an invest in the continuation formation, this one donât happen actually in the specifics understanding areas had been this invectives already very shy. Was observed too a need in the listeningâs teacher relation. They reported that despite of the formation have a signification to their professional qualification still far from the reality lively in the classroom. Appoint still the amount of have a look to the teacherâs manners and the actions that engage the serviceâs practice. The teacherâs practice is the reality still remoted of the theory, a dichotomy present in the teacherâs day by day, that incentive the will to the investigate, in the future moments the learning that these Mathâs teachers, mobilize to manage the apprenticed and education process beside their pupils
